So it's been a bit since I posted. Been insanely busy with work and school (Must they really schedule exams one right after the other like this????). Since I decided that I needed a break to spare my sanity, I thought I would update you guys on things going on.

I did go to the Red's game with the ticket I got from work, as I mentioned in my last post. With it being all rainy that day, I wasn't sure if there was even going to be a game, but I still wanted to check out the luxury box, so I went anyway. Glad I did. For one, the Reds actually won a game. Secondly, the Luxury box has ruined going to the stadium for me. I will never be able to look at the cheap seats the same way again. *grin* It was seriously like sitting in a living room. Nice chairs and loveseats. a bar area overlooking the field, and cushioned seats outside of the box where you can sit and watch the game. And that isn't even considering the FOOD. They fed us enough food for two armies. *grin* Full appitizer bar, coney island bar, fresh baked pizza, ice cream, and about nine other kinds of desert. Plus snack food like chips, pretzels and such. The mascot came in and we all took a group picture. It was a really awesome time.

Oh, and if anyone does go to Great American Ball Park, always remember that you are being WATCHED. Seriously. Just because you are not being shown on the big scoreboard does not mean someone is not have you on video. In the luxury boxes, they have three TV sets. One is a security system thing, one was for actual TV and the third was for ALL the video feed from outside. We actually watched some woman picking her nose and scratching her eyeball from inside the box. This woman had NO CLUE people were watching her on camera. It was hilarious.

I know I said that I would rather not talk about the issue with the friend I had the falling out with over the summer. I would still rather not go into details, but I will say, for those interested, that I have heard, briefly, from this friend and that we are going to be talking again soon. Hopefully that means a reconciliation is in the works, because this friend means a great deal to me and I really want to get things back on track with us. So keep your fingers crossed, people.

They are actually offering free haircuts out in the Student Union hallway. I might have to check that out.

Later!!!
